American Concrete Flooring Systems is being dissolved effective December 31, 2009. The assets and technology have been sold to a former employee who has started a new company known as American CFA.
Although American Concrete Flooring Systems will be closed, the principals will still be involved in the concrete flooring business as a supplier. They will be giving full attention to further the development of products at American Coatings for use in the concrete flooring industry. American Coatings will soon be offering resurfacer, overlay, spray texture and micro topping materials in addition to their commercial sealers, epoxy and polyurethane lines.These standard products will be available wholesale to the commercial applicator direct from American Coatings.
